Once an order is placed, it usually takes 3-7 business days for the order to process. The processing time is subject to change if there are any complications with the order. Then, 1-7 days to ship and deliver order.

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTERING THE CORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT. ANY ADDITIONAL COST THAT ARISES OUT OF INCORRECT ADDRESS ENTRY, CUSTOMER WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COST TO RESHIP THE PACKAGE TO THE RIGHT ADDRESS.

We don't accept any returns and exchanges. Our shipping department double checks every product & carefully packs every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. We are not responsible for orders damaged or lost by shipping carriers. If there is a mistake on our end, please contact us to inform us.
